The starting point
Where it started.
MRM Group is a UK property development and investment company. It sources properties, brings in investors and manages each deal through acquisition, legal work, refurbishment and handover.
That is a long journey with a lot of people in it: investors making enquiries, clients committing to deals, and the MRM team coordinating every stage. MRM wanted a more hands-off way to run it, with less depending on someone remembering the next step.
What was getting in the way
- Investor enquiries had to be captured and qualified without constant manual work
- Every deal runs through sourcing, acquisition, legal work, refurbishment and handover
- Clients, documents and tasks had to stay in step across that whole journey
The approach
How we thought about it.
The system has three parts that share one set of records: a public funnel for investors, a command centre for staff and a portal for clients. An enquiry that starts on the website can be followed all the way to a completed deal without being typed in again anywhere.
Property investment is a regulated area, so the build keeps people in control of the sensitive steps. Automation prepares the work. A person approves anything that counts as a financial promotion, and anything an AI has drafted.
The command centre is where the team starts the day. It ranks what needs attention across deals, payments, compliance, messages and delivery, so problems surface before they stall a deal.
Inside the build
What we built, and why.

Public funnel
Opportunity pages, an application flow and call booking, connected to GoHighLevel so every investor enquiry lands in one place.
Staff command centre
One signed-in workspace for clients, deals, tasks, meetings, templates and automations, with team settings and an activity history.
Client and deal workspaces
Each client sees their own deals, files and tasks. On every deal, agreement comes before payment.
Compliance built in
A compliance area, risk disclosure pages, and human approval wherever a financial promotion or an AI-drafted decision is involved.

How it works
From start to finish.
Here is the path one investor takes, from first enquiry to handover.
- Investor enquiryA public funnel captures and qualifies the enquiry and passes it to GoHighLevel.
- Call bookedA qualified investor books a call straight from the funnel.
- Deal sharedThe team shares a deal with a client through a private link and a brochure.
- Agreement, then paymentThe client agrees the terms in their workspace before any payment step.
- Delivery trackedTasks, documents and reminders carry the deal through legal work, refurbishment and handover.
Decisions that shaped it
The choices behind it.
People approve the sensitive steps
Financial promotions and AI decisions wait for a person. The system prepares the work and the team decides.
Connect the CRM, don’t replace it
The funnel feeds GoHighLevel rather than replacing it, so enquiries and follow-up stay in one CRM.
A history for everything
Documents, task changes and reminders are logged, so the team can see what happened on a deal and when.
Where it stands
Where it stands.
MRM Group is shown here for the build itself. We do not publish figures for this project, and results depend on the business, its offer and its market.
The same structure suits any business where the sale is only the start of the work: a public front door, a staff workspace that shows what needs attention today, and a client view that shows where things stand.
