The starting point
Where it started.
Build Her CEO mentors beauty providers on how to run their businesses, and is launching an agency that does a done-for-you digital-product launch for providers who have already grown past a comfortable monthly income. The coaching worked. What sat behind it did not.
The business ran on around fourteen tools that did not talk to each other: a CRM and funnels in one place, email in another because the first one’s email “did what it wanted”, landing pages in a third, a tool to connect them all, chat automation in a fourth, a community in a fifth. The team copied details between them by hand and chased updates across WhatsApp and Telegram.
Enquiries arrived on five channels — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email and the website form — and there was no single record of them. The owner could not see, in one place, what had made money that month. And the website still said “coming soon”.
What was getting in the way
- About fourteen tools, held together by hand, with client and payment details spread across all of them
- Enquiries on five channels — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email and the website form — with no shared inbox or record of who had been followed up
- Members were sent to buy other companies’ tools, so there was no system of the owner’s own to keep them in
- No single view of results, and no shared workspace for the team
The approach
How we thought about it.
The answer was one system the owner owns, built for Build Her CEO and hosted in her name, covering the four things every business runs on: how people find and enquire, the work that should run by itself, the tools built for how the team works, and the AI that does the jobs that need judgement.
It is the same model we run our own business on. That mattered here for a second reason: the owner teaches other people to build businesses, so the system is something she can show working in her content, and copy into each agency client’s own business when they sign.
Because it carries no numbers yet, this page describes what was built and why, not what it achieved.
Inside the build
What we built, and why.

One inbox, one record
Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email and website messages come together in a single inbox. Every enquiry has one record and one owner, instead of being answered by hand across five apps.
A dashboard that answers one question
The Monday dashboard answers “what made us money this week?” — enquiries, calls, sales, bookings and content by channel, with each number’s meaning written on the card.
A platform of her own
A branded portal where members follow a step-by-step checklist and agency clients see their own work, so the owner finally has a system to keep people in rather than sending them to other tools.
Launches run inside the system
The launch kit sells the business’s own digital products — a sales page, a waitlist, cart open and close, checkout and a results view — so a launch happens in one place instead of across five.
AI that prepares, people who decide
An enquiry agent replies in under a minute and keeps following up until the person books or says no. A research agent briefs the team before a sales call. A morning brief lists what needs attention. A person approves anything sent to a customer.
A copy for each client
The whole system can be copied into an agency client’s own business from a settings screen, so what the client keeps after a launch is a working system in their name, not a login that disappears.

How it works
From start to finish.
Here is the path one enquiry takes, from the first message to a client’s own copy.
- Enquiry arrivesA message on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email or the website form lands in one inbox as a single record.
- Answered in under a minuteThe enquiry agent replies in the owner’s voice, answers the first questions and offers a time to talk.
- Prepared for the callBefore the call, the research agent writes a one-page brief on the provider: what they sell, roughly how big they are and where they might fit.
- Sold and set upWhen they buy, the system creates the client, sends the welcome, opens their checklist and gives the team their tasks — no details copied by hand.
- Delivered in the portalMembers follow their checklist; agency clients see their launch take shape in their own workspace.
- KeptAt the end of an agency engagement, the client keeps a copy of the system, set up for their own business.
Decisions that shaped it
The choices behind it.
A system she owns, not another subscription
The code and the data sit in accounts in her name. She is never locked in to us, and she can copy the system into her clients’ businesses.
A person approves anything that goes out
The AI agents prepare the work — replies, briefs, follow-ups — and a person approves anything sent to a customer in the business’s name.
Built to be shown, and to be copied
Because the owner teaches and sells systems, the build is made to be demonstrated in her content and handed to each client as their own copy.
Where it stands
Where it stands.
Build Her CEO’s agency launches in November 2026. This page describes what was built and why. We do not publish figures for this project, and results depend on the business, its offer and its market.
The same shape suits any business where the owner is the product and the work spreads across too many tools: a single front door, one inbox, a dashboard that shows what made money, and a system the owner owns outright.
