What gets in the way
Where media & entertainment businesses lose time.
The same three problems come up again and again. Each one has a fix that does not depend on anyone remembering.
Briefs arrive incomplete and scattered
A brief arrives as a voice note, a deck and three emails. The budget, the deadline and who signs off are missing, so the project starts with questions.
A structured brief collects budget, dates, deliverables and approvers before work starts.
Review rounds run over email and chat
Version four is in an email, the comments are in a chat and someone approved version three by phone. Nobody is sure which cut is final.
Each version is reviewed in one place, with comments and approval recorded.
Delivery and reporting take longer than the work
Exporting, naming, uploading, sending links and writing the wrap-up report all land at the end of the project, when the team has moved on.
Delivery follows a checklist, and the report is drafted from the project record.

How we build
Built for client work.
Creative work depends on clear approvals and on keeping each client’s material separate. These are the rules we build to.
See our approachApprovals on the record
Every version, comment and sign-off is logged with a name and a date.
Each client sees only their own work
Every client has a separate space. Nothing crosses between accounts.
People approve what goes out
AI can draft and summarise. Nothing is sent or published until a person has checked it.
Built in your accounts
The system and its data sit in accounts in your company’s name. Hosting and retention are agreed with you in the written scope.
A related build
Agentryx
Agency operating problems, turned into a multi-tenant software platform.
This is our own platform, built for agencies. It is shown here because studios and production companies need the same things: client onboarding, shared progress and approvals in one portal.
- Branded client onboarding from a single link
- Delivery boards and tasks shared between the agency team and each client
- Ad performance reporting across Meta, Google Ads and GoHighLevel

Do we have to replace our project management tool?
No. We start with what you already use, connect to it where it allows and build around the gaps. We only suggest replacing a tool when it is the thing holding you back.
Will clients need another login?
How clients sign in is agreed during scoping. It can be as light as a private link for a single approval, or a full portal for clients you work with every month.
Can it handle large video files?
The system manages versions, comments and approvals. The files themselves stay in the storage or review tool you already use, or one we agree with you.
Does AI create our work?
No. The creative work is yours. AI is used for the admin around it: notes, summaries, drafts and reports, each checked by a person.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Both depend on the scope. We start with an audit of how your company works now, then give you a written scope with the systems, integrations and measures we will judge the build by. Nothing is built until you have agreed it.
