What we do on the day
The first thing we do is look at how your business runs right now. Where your enquiries come in, who follows them up, what tools you're paying for every month. And then we set you up properly with the things that make the biggest difference for you, whether that's following up every lead, a dashboard so you can see what's going on, or taking a bunch of admin off your team.
Then in the afternoon we go through all of our solutions with you, so you can see what else is possible for your business and what it would actually be worth.

Who it's for
This is for established business owners only. You've got a team, you've got customers coming in every week, and you're already turning over. If you're just starting out, or you're looking to start an agency yourself, this one isn't for you and we'll tell you that when you apply.
How it works
You apply on this page and we read every application ourselves. If it's a good fit, we message you with the date, the venue and a link to pay. Spaces are limited because we want proper time with every person in the room.

What do I need to bring?
Bring your laptop and your logins for the things you use day to day, so your email, your website, and whatever you use to book or manage customers. That way we can set it up on your accounts on the day.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Most of the owners we work with aren't. We do the setting up with you and explain what everything does as we go.
When do I pay?
Only once you've been accepted. We'll send you the date, the venue and a link to pay the £500.
What if I can't make the date?
Tell us when we message you and we'll keep your place for the next one.
