You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time, including messages you sent us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger, your contact details, call recordings and booking details.
How to ask
Email support@agentryx.io with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us the name, email address, phone number or Instagram / Facebook name you used with us, so we can find your records.
You can also send the word STOP in an Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp or text conversation with us. We stop messaging you there straight away, and you can then ask for deletion as above.
What happens next
We confirm by email within 5 working days and delete your records from our systems within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record that you asked us not to contact you, so we do not message you again, and anything the law requires us to keep (for example invoices).
Removing our access on Facebook or Instagram
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Agentryx, you can remove our access in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then email us to delete anything we stored.
