Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated 24 May 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data Agentryx Ltd (“Agentryx”, “we”) processes about you. Different paths apply depending on how your data ended up with us. Read the section that matches your situation.

For full background on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

1. If you signed up to Agentryx directly (agency owner or team member)

You can delete your own account and the workspace you own from inside the dashboard at any time.

  • Delete your own account / leave a workspace: Dashboard → Settings → Profile → Delete account. Your workspace_members row is soft-deleted immediately and hard-deleted after the 30-day grace window.
  • Delete an entire workspace (agency-owner only): Dashboard → Settings → General → Delete workspace. Soft-deleted instantly, hard-deleted after 30 days. The cron sweep removes every workspace_members row, every client, every creative, every report, every message, every audit_log row, plus every associated Storage object (creatives, reports, workspace logos, client documents). The matching Clerk organization is also deleted.
  • Cancel the 30-day grace and purge immediately: email privacy@agentryx.io from the address on file with the subject “Immediate purge request”.

2. If you're a client of an Agentryx-using agency (portal user)

Your data was uploaded to Agentryx by your agency. We act as a data processoron the agency’s behalf, and the agency is the data controller. You have two options:

  • Self-service from your portal: Portal → Settings → Request deletion. The request appears in your agency’s admin queue. When they approve it, your client record is soft-deleted with a 30-day grace window before the daily cron permanently removes every database row and Storage object connected to your client_id.
  • If you can’t reach your agency: email privacy@agentryx.io with your name, the agency’s name, and the email address you use to log into your portal. We’ll verify your identity, contact the agency, and escalate if they don’t respond within 30 days.

3. If you connected via Facebook / Instagram / Meta

When an Agentryx-using agency connects their Meta Business Manager, Agentryx receives a long-lived access token plus webhook events for lead-form submissions on Facebook Pages the agency administers. The data Meta forwards to us is the same data the agency would otherwise see in Meta’s Lead Center.

To revoke our access and delete your Meta-connected data:

  • Revoke the app on Facebook: open facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations, find Agentryx, click Remove. No further events arrive at Agentryx after that.
  • Delete the data already received: email privacy@agentryx.io with the subject “Meta data deletion” and either (a) your Facebook account ID or (b) the email you used to authorize Agentryx. We’ll locate the matching oauth_tokens row, every sales_leads row attributed to that connection, and purge them within 7 working days. You will receive an email confirming the deletion.

If you’re a lead(someone who filled in a Facebook lead form belonging to an Agentryx customer’s agency) and you want your record deleted, contact the agency that ran the ad - they are the data controller. We delete on the agency’s request, not directly on the lead’s, because we don’t have a direct relationship with you. The agency’s privacy notice should list a contact address; we’ll forward requests that reach us if you can’t find one.

4. What we delete

When a deletion request is approved, we remove:

  • Every database row scoped to the deleted entity (workspace, client, or Meta connection) - including profile, content, audit log, messages, creatives, reports, ad metrics, sales leads, and call logs.
  • Every Storage object under that entity’s scope: creatives/, reports/, workspace-logos/, and client-documents/ buckets.
  • The matching Clerk user account, if it has no remaining workspace membership.
  • Cached references in our subprocessors (Resend email logs after 90 days; Sentry traces after 30 days; Vercel access logs after their standard retention).

Backup snapshots are retained for 30 days for disaster recovery and are then overwritten. Data physically persists in those snapshots until the next overwrite; it is not accessible by Agentryx staff during that window.

5. What we can't delete

  • Records we’re legally required to retain (e.g. invoices for tax purposes - 6 years under UK law).
  • Anonymised aggregate metrics where individual records are no longer identifiable.
  • Data your agency has already exported to their own systems. Contact your agency for those.

6. How long it takes

  • Self-service deletes: immediate soft-delete + 30 day grace + automated hard-delete by the daily cron sweep.
  • Email requests for immediate purge: within 7 working days of identity verification.
  • Subprocessor purge confirmation:within 30 days, bounded by each subprocessor’s deletion SLA.
