What you will do
- Build workflows across CRMs, booking systems and messaging channels
- Work with LLM APIs to handle enquiries, qualify leads and draft replies
- Connect client tools such as Pabau, Fresha, Boulevard and property CRMs
- Test, document and hand over each build cleanly
What we are looking for
- Shipped automation work with n8n, Make or custom code
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt design
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and JSON
- Able to own a build end to end on a fixed timeline
