What you will do

  • Build workflow automations and integrations across the tools each business uses
  • Develop custom web apps, client portals, dashboards and internal tools
  • Implement AI features using LLM APIs, appropriate safeguards and human review
  • Design reliable APIs, webhooks, data models and background processes
  • Test access controls, error handling, AI behaviour and core user journeys
  • Document, deploy, support and hand over systems with clear scope and timelines

What we are looking for

  • Evidence of shipped software and automation projects, with your contribution explained
  • Strong TypeScript, React and Next.js, or comparable production web-development skills
  • Experience with Postgres, Supabase or a comparable database stack
  • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and workflow tools such as n8n or Make
  • Practical experience integrating LLM APIs and evaluating their behaviour
  • Able to test, document and maintain systems and explain trade-offs clearly

Nice to have

  • Experience across both custom software and workflow automation
  • Experience with CRM, booking, payments or messaging integrations
