Can I use Agentryx without paying?
Yes. Qualified agencies can complete onboarding and use a free workspace with one active client and 200 monthly AI credits. Upgrade only when you need more client capacity, team access or white-labelling.
What counts as an active client?
An active client is an account your team is currently delivering work for inside Agentryx. Archived clients remain in your records without using active-client capacity.
Are team seats unlimited on paid plans?
Yes. Starter, Growth and Enterprise pricing follows client capacity rather than headcount, so you can give the right team members access without paying for each seat.
Is the client portal included?
Free and Starter include a standard client portal. Growth and Enterprise include the fully white-labelled portal experience.
What happens when we reach our client limit?
You can archive an inactive account, move to the next plan or talk to us about an Enterprise workspace. We will not remove client data or interrupt active work.
Can Agentryx migrate our current clients?
Yes. Guided implementation can cover workspace configuration, delivery templates, client imports, branding and team training.
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on the number of services, templates and active clients being moved. The interactive onboarding creates your initial workspace plan before you enter the dashboard.
Do we need a long contract?
